Allison joined the firm in 2014 bringing twenty years of extensive corporate experience to the firm. Her practice has focused on Labor and Employment issues as well as Social Security Disability. She served as a liaison for several NYC unions and coordinated the legal efforts of over 5,000 first responders’ claims related to violations of the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act. She has conducted seminars for clients to ensure compliance with statutory regulations as well as to ensure all rights are protected.
She continues to fight for workers’ rights focusing her practice on workers’ compensation claims and Social Security Disability.
Allison graduated from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. She is admitted to the New York Bar and Connecticut Bar, and is a member of the Westchester County Bar Association, the Injured Workers Bar and Westchester Women’s Bar Associations.
Nancy joined the firm in 2013 after practicing labor and employment law for a private law firm and a Fortune 500 company for 11 years. She has been practicing Workers’ Compensation Law for over 12 years including three years with the Judges’ Bureau of the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board.
Nancy is Co-Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Committee of the Westchester County Bar Association where she organizes and presents classes on matters impacting injured workers.
Nancy is an advocate for persons with developmental disabilities and assists their families with Guardianships in Surrogate’s Court. She enjoys volunteering for BluePath Service Dogs, a nonprofit that helps children with autism.
Nancy graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a BA, Summa Cum Laude, in Economics. She received her Juris Doctorate Degree from the School of Law at the University of Pennsylvania. She is admitted to the New York Bar and is a member of the Westchester County Bar, Mid-Hudson Women’s Bar and Westchester Women’s Bar Associations.
Greg joined the firm in May 2006, coming to HWR with valuable experience in New York’s Workers’ Compensation Law. He has spent the past eighteen years representing injured employees, insurance carriers and self-insured employers in workers’ compensation matters.
Greg was born in Mt. Kisco and raised in Hyde Park, New York. He currently resides in Dutchess County.
Greg graduated from the University of Richmond in Virginia with a BA in History and Political Science and received a Masters from the State University of New York at Albany. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Albany Law School. He is admitted to the New York Bar and Connecticut Bar and is a member of the Westchester County Bar and Putnam County Bar Associations.
